Our client is a size 4/6. She spotted this jumpsuit, saw 3X on the tag, and said, “I’m trying it on anyway.”

And voilà… Of course it fits oversized on her, but look how good it looks! The floral print is gorgeous, and she can definitely fallerize this piece by adding a jacket or layering a tee underneath as the weather cools down.

Sometimes you’ve just gotta shop beyond the tag.

Just sitting there, minding its business, waiting to be processed…and somebody spotted them. 👀

Yall, Some pieces don’t even get a chance to meet the sales floor.

Maybe we really DO need to make this a recurring series. 🤔

When you have an eye for fashion, you can shop ANYWHERE. 👏🏽 SUNDAY SPOTLIGHT

This beautiful young lady walked into New Digz for the first time and immediately started pulling pieces together. Watching her style our curated finds was so much fun. I only wish I had captured more of it!

For this look, she paired a satiny green skirt with bold yellow sandals, a furry Kurt Geiger bag, and a graphic tee from one of our own local Black designers, Dermot DERMOT "Free From Envy"

The mix of textures. The satin with the fur. The unexpected pop of yellow tying the shoes back to the tee. 🔥 She saw the vision!

And this is exactly why Sadiqa and I always say "take your time when shopping consignment." You may not walk in and find an entire outfit waiting for you and that’s okay. Look for the pieces. That great skirt. An unexpected shoe. A statement bag. Something you can take home and mix with what you already own.

Consignment shopping is part treasure hunt, part creativity and a good eye can turn individual finds into a whole LOOK.
