Two powerful broth recipes I love for viral or bacterial sickness:

Potent and spicy- 1 Onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons dried ginger. Get to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Strain and add raw honey. 🧅 🧄 🍯

Sweet and great for coughs- 1 pineapple, fresh ginger, 3 lemons. Get to a boil and simmer 20-30 minutes. Strain and drink or add honey! 🍍 🍯
