Hi everyone! Long post but we needed an update.
For all of our new followers, I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself!
My name is Emily Williams, and I was born and raised right here in Crescent, Oklahoma. In 2015, my sister-in-law and I took a leap of faith and started EMpressed & Co. What began as a small dream has grown into something I never could have imagined.
In 2020, we were able to add fresh florals to the store, allowing us to help celebrate life’s special moments with flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, funerals, and everything in between.
We also offer custom screen printing, DTF printing, and embroidery for schools, businesses, teams, and special events. Inside EMpressed, you’ll find several amazing vendors offering women’s clothing, a little bit of men’s apparel, children’s boutique clothing, western wear, home décor, gifts, and more.
In 2021, my husband Rodney and I were able to purchase the buildings we call home today. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. These buildings have helped shape EMpressed & Co. into what it is today and have given us room to continue growing.
One thing I wanted to add when we purchased the buildings was something that Crescent didn’t already have on Main Street. That’s how Salon @ EMpressed was born! Tucked in the back of the building, you’ll find a wonderful group of talented ladies: Brook Brown for hair, Ariah Crook for nails, and Heather Gibson for lashes. When you stop by, you’ll often see some familiar faces helping out around the store. My mom, Pam, along with Cori Brannick, Kristina Cassody, Ajoria Adams-House, and my daughter Reagan all jump in to help keep things running smoothly. Maybe an occasional representative from JStout Real Estate, LLC. These ladies are truly the best, and I couldn’t do it without them.
This year marks 10 years of EMpressed & Co., and I am incredibly grateful for every customer who has walked through our doors, shared a post, placed an order, or recommended us to a friend. Small businesses thrive because of community support, and we have been blessed with the very best.
