Join us at Granville Gun Works, where you'll assist customers with firearm purchases, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure a welcoming store environment.

Description
As a Sales Team Member at Granville Gun Works, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their fi****ms, ammunition, and accessory purchases. You will play a crucial role in completing firearm sale paperwork, ensuring transactions are conducted in accordance with company policies and federal regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service. In addition to assisting customers, you will be responsible for general retail duties such as restocking, front-facing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance:
• Greet and assist customers with their firearm, ammunition, and accessory selections.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Complete firearm sale paperwork accurately and in compliance with company and federal regulations.
2. Retail Duties:
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized store displays.
• Front-face products and ensure a visually appealing retail environment.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks to keep the store clean and welcoming.

Qualifications:
• Ability to own and purchase a handgun
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
• Attention to detail, particularly when completing firearm sale paperwork.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Knowledge of fi****ms and ammunition (preferred but not required).
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment.
