I'm super psyched to announce my June market schedule for . It's going to be a lot of fun.

On June 4th, in is hosting me and a few other vendors for their start of summer pop up. From, 12-5pm there will be live music, (!!!) and of course, the rest of Garden City's shopping and restaurants.

On June 19th and are hosting a Summer Kick Off from 12pm-6pm. There will be beer, food pop ups, DONUTS from .doughnuts and local makers.

On June 25th, I'll be at at the market. Crossing fingers for a beautiful day! But if not there, the rain date is 6/26. Come out and support female makers. Food trucks will be there!

Full disclosure- I don't really love mothers day. Mostly because it falls so close to the day we lost my mom. Today is the 16th anniversary of her passing. And she would be THRILLED that I was showing this photo of her in a swim cap. πŸ˜‚ Just thrilled. She's the one on the left. Things about my mom, Joanne- She realized her love of shortbread when she did study abroad in the UK at the height the swinging 60s. Got a teaching degree and decided high schoolers were the worst so she moved on. Started her own business becoming one of the most well regarded personal trainers in our area. Had a brief career in "petite modeling". Halloween was THE holiday of the year for her. πŸ‘»πŸŽƒ She was charming, funny, always stood up for what she believed and was one of the more compassionate people I've ever met. And I miss her everyday. I think she would've liked what I'm doing with Dori & Viv. Because after all, I got the entrepreneur bug from her. πŸ’ž
