#3 When we fill up at our local full-service gas station, which is used by city vehicles, school district vehicles, and farmers, and pay $4 gas and $5 diesel…well, I’ll skip the political commentary about who in Wash DC is responsible for these prices and just say: A book costs less than a tank of gas and will take you wherever you want to go. 🌻📚

For all of the golfers out there… or if you just like a witty, feel good, fun novel that embraces fairness, friendship, and family, this book is for you.

Warning: the golf terms and references to legendary golfers and their caddies are thick and heavy but it gives the book its authenticity.

Author is a well-known national sports reporter who grew up in Salina.

NB: My personal experience is that the Venn diagram of readers who golf includes exactly two people (both good friends) who play the links and read. But this book could turn golfers into readers quicker than I can explain the golf term “all carry.”

THANK YOU. Gratitude is rarely expressed in our society. We may think it but we rarely express it.

So I just wanted to take a minute and express how grateful I am for your support during this summer that is like no other. The entire bookstore staff is grateful. Thank you! 💙💛

🔹Only two more weeks of being open for summer hours: 7 days a week. Booksellers are returning to school. Hours are on our website and social media pages.
