People ask me all the time, "Why do you work 7 days a week?"
My answer is simple.
Working 7 days a week isn't for the weak. It takes commitment, especially when the hardest person to satisfy is yourself. It takes patience because success rarely happens overnight. Most of the time, it comes after years of showing up, learning, sacrificing, and refusing to quit.
It takes determination to keep moving forward, even when things get hard. It means finding hope on the days when giving up would be easier.
I don't work 7 days a week because I have to. I do it because I'm building something. Something for my family. Something for my community. Something I can be proud of.
One day, I hope my grandchildren walk through these doors and remember that dreams are built one day, one sacrifice, and one hard-earned lesson at a time.
Every long day is another brick in the foundation of a legacy worth leaving behind.....
