As our event continues to grow, we’re thrilled to see so much enthusiasm — but due to limited space (55 vendors total) and a maximum of two 6-foot tables per vendor, we’re making a few changes to how vendor registration works this year.
2025 Vendors who paid and attended the event have already received first priority and 2026 waitlist has already been notified.

No Refunds will be given. We will have a waitlist for people who want to vend but didn't get a spot. If you have to back out for any reason, please let me know ASAP so your spot can be filled.

Event Schedule
Vendor Setup: 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Vendor Swap: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
(No swapping prior to 9:00; swapping may continue throughout the day.)
Public Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
(No packing up before 2:00 p.m.)
Clean Up: Must be out by 3:30 p.m.

Tables & Space
This is a BRING YOUR OWN TABLES event.
Each vendor may bring up to two (2) 6-foot tables.
Please plan accordingly — space is limited!

A full restaurant and bar are attached to Oakstone Recreational.
Please support the venue while we enjoy their wonderful space!
