Thank you to DIY Buildhacker Kelly Ulm for taking your time to come help me finish my barista counter. Kelly was my regular back when I lived in Coraopolis, Pa working at Anchor and Anvil Coffee Bar. He owns the woodworking shop across the street; So right at 2:50pm, he’d come over for his afternoon mocha and over coffee, we’d share our dreams with each other. I heard his plan for his shop and he heard my ideas for my coffee shop.
From our first coffee talk, starting out as just a workshop, today the shop now has a show room open to the public AND offers classes. Grab some friends, go learn a new skill and get lifetime art out of it THAT YOU MADE!
Kelly, thank you times a million for coming all the way up to Youngstown to help me further accomplish my project, getting me closer to opening my dream. You are a helleva friend and a damn good artist! I’m obsessed with my counter and can’t wait for all the conversations that this is going to start!

REPURPOSED MUG
We are a coffee shop & thrift house opening in Cortland come summer 2026!

Here you’ll find your traditional coffee shop menu along with 3 special menus with one updating every month. We have various seating options from inside to outside along with a Kids Korner.

To add to your stay, we have a vendor spotlight with local artists sharing their craft which will be for sale to the public. Along with them, we have a thrift store filled with beloved clothing donated from our neighbors. Clothing that is thoroughly picked through to ensure you shop clean, whole and cared for items. All thrift store items are thrift store prices guaranteed.

We are a donation run thrift store. Save your spring cleaning bags just a little longer, our donation drop off start date will be released soon so stay updated.

HOW OUR DONATIONS WORK: walk in with your clothing bags and walk all the way back to the garage (thrift store). We will greet you there, take your bag and hand you a coffee coupon. While you grab your drink, we will sift through your clothes and keep the ones we will repurpose. Now, with all other clothes we do not take we will hand them back to you so you can donate them to which ever way feels best to you. Goodwill, church foundations, shelter foundations, consignment etc.
