El Bueno Cacao - The Ghost 80% Belize. This Producer is a husband and wife team from Idyllwild California. A place that is close to my ❤️ they produce heavenly dark 🍫!This bar is smooth and has a deep rich flavor and you feel the heat from the ghost pepper come on immediately! However it is not too intense for those of us that enjoy some heat. Aesthetically these bars are beautiful to look at an intricate design. This is an excellent by capturing the true spirit of craft chocolate

My sister-in-law gave me these delectable little bits for my Birthday 🎂 These are vegan, organic and micro-batch. One of the things that is often difficult to achieve with vegan chocolate is smooth texture. Theses chocolates have beautiful texture 🌸 a mellow dark chocolate flavor and fast melt. Lovely ❤️

I’ve wanted to try Jade Chocolates for awhile. Picked up these 2 small bars in SF. Both bars were outstanding. But the Genmai is a masterful combination of flavors! A lightly sweetened milk chocolate which delicately carries combination the of tea 🍵 The brown rice is a prominent but subtle finish. This bar was both a surprise and a treasure

This is a white chocolate 🍫 bar from the Taiwanese maker Fu Wan Chocolate. Open the package he rose 🌹 fragrance is delightful. The sweetest from the Lychee married with which chocolate is a perfect blend. The bar has a smooth texture with a medium melt. But the chocolate nibs add a welcomed texture. If you can get your hands on this bar, it’s worth a taste 😀🍫
