This is the 3rd year that Metropolis and Shellie's Chocolate have collaborated to make a truly unique gift; whether it's for someone special, or yourself. Each box contains the Italian and French Chocolate Flights that are served at Metropolis.
The 12 piece box contains 1 of each flight, and the 24 piece box contains 2 of each flight.

The flavors in the Italian Chocolate Flight:

2. Barbera Dark Chocolate
3. Bolognese Dark Chocolate
4. Lemon White Chocolate
5. Espresso Dark Chocolate
6. Hazelnut Milk Chocolate

Coffee and Cacao share many similarities in their journeys from a raw bean to the final products they're used in.

The cacao beans used by Shellie's are sourced from Ecuador, thanks to Cocoa Supply . The coffee beans originate from Guatemala, but are locally roasted in Corolla, NC by The Kind Cup / coffee & art .
