We're Hiring: Operations Manager

Fire & Salt Co. is looking for a strategic leader to help take our brand to the next level.

This isn't your typical retail management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading teams, creating memorable customer experiences, and helping grow a business.

You'll help drive marketing initiatives, oversee day-to-day operations, support purchasing and merchandising decisions, lead our team, and play a key role in shaping the future of Fire & Salt Co.

If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for great food, great people, and great experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
