I have always aspired to be an entrepreneur and started my own small business doing event planning and printing/making custom invitations, using thermography, at 18 years old. I stopped shortly after so that I could focus on my family and complete my college degree. I knew I had a passion to get back into business but have had many obstacles along the way. The earliest of which was a heart attack

in April of 2022, smack dab in the middle of lease negotiations on our initial store space. Being in my 30’s, many people were shocked and assumed I would stop before I started. However, I didn’t give up on my dream about having a fun, welcoming, gift shop where people could go and find unique items for themselves or the ones they love. We are bringing in merchandise that will support other small business owners across the country! I, along with my husband and best friend of 21 years, Danny and our 4 kids are excited to welcome you into our store, Local Merch! As high school sweethearts and former teen parents, we work hard every day to be the very best role models for our 4 kiddos. I want my children to know you may have setbacks and bumps in the road but with passion and perseverance to achieve goals comes the grit within you, add a whole lot of love, sprinkled with lots of support and I believe many things are possible. I am happy to share my story and symptoms of a heart attack just reach out to me- it may save someone’s life!

After many hospital visits, countless tests, and endless specialist appointments these last few weeks, I've realized it's time to close the Local Merch storefront and will do so at the end of September.
This is one of the hardest choices I've had to make, but I know it's the right one.
I am deeply grateful for each of you- for believing in me, supporting me, and helping me build something so special. This isn't the end, it's a shift- the next chapter of our story, one we are still writing together.
With greater flexibility, I'II be able to focus on my health and hopefully continue supporting this community through customization projects, gift boxes, and perhaps, new opportunities. Please don't hesitate to reach out and stay connected.

We loved creating shirts for Andrea at as she gets ready to host her upcoming Middle School Summer Strength Camp for 6th–8th graders. 💪

As a mom of 3, small business owner, and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Andrea pours her heart into building a space where everyone—kids, women, and even the occasional brave dad—feels strong, supported, and part of something bigger. 💛

Sunday was full of sunshine, smiles, and amazing people at our Mega Market — and by Monday, I was checked into the hospital for neuroscience studies. Yep, life really knows how to keep you on your toes!

For those who knew I was heading in, thank you so much for your support. For those who didn’t — surprise! This is Day 2, and I finally felt up to sharing an update. After my heart attack three years ago and everything that’s followed, I’m not giving up on finding answers — or the best shot at the best quality of life.

Being vulnerable isn’t easy, but this community makes it worth it. I stay as present as I can in my business because I truly love what I do — and to say thank you, we’re kicking off a BIG MAY GIVEAWAY in honor of:
