New 8” Japanese inspired chef in AEB-L stainless steel. The handle scales are stabilized Hawaiian Koa custom cut and stabilized in our shop. Black and white G10 liners adorn the inner layout of the tang. This one is razor sharp having achieved 61 Rockwell during heat treat. A cryo treatment is done to all of our AEB-L knives before two temper cycles providing superior toughness and razor sharp edges. Photo credit 📸 @ Copiague, New York

AEB-L Japanese style utility knife. The geometry for this knife was created using the Fibonacci sequence, also known as the golden ratio. This knife is designed for comfort. Typically the user would compensate their wrist position to align with the proper cutting edge but in the design of this blade, the geometry does this adjustment for you. The tip of the blade will always be at a straight line from your grip. This one is headed out as a holiday gift for a client. Two more available. DM me if interested. Specs: 1/8” AEB-L stainless steel, hidden tang construction into a stabilized Koa handle. A spalted maple bolster separated by black G-10 liners creates an appealing transition from blade to handle. 8.75” OAL music by: Tommy Emmanuel-Windy and Warm

8” Scandinavian hunter in 440C. Take this knife into the field and you won’t need much else. The Scandinavian grind allows for excellent bushcraft capabilities and blade retention. The 440c stainless blade allows this knife to be used in all weather conditions. Army drab micarta scales accented with G10 liners are shaped and sanded to perfection providing its users maximum comfort. music: Creedence Clearwater revival: fortunate son

It started as a different model knife and ended up being a hybrid. I’m calling it a Drop Tanto. Flat ground 440C stainless with stabilized Koa on top of g10 liners. Didn’t do a traditional tanto grind but I’m happy with the final blade design. music by:sugar hill gang, song:Apache

Our 6” EDC model in 440C with black micarta scales. This one is going out this weekend. Sad to see it go but glad someone will get good use out of this one. It’s a trusty little knife 🔪 .....music sampled from YouTube “the notorious B.IG.-going back to Cali (instrumental)”
