We are so excited for this summer. On Induction weekend we will have my favorite mystery author in person at Willis Monie Books - 139 Main Street, Cooperstown, NY 13326.

David Rosenfelt will be in town July 23rd, and we will be teaming with him and Super Heroes Animal Rescue to raise money for the rescue. We will have many other local businesses offering promotions in conjunction with this and giving a portion of their proceeds to Super Heroes as well. You will get to meet a Nationally acclaimed author, get many local offerings, all while helping support a local dog rescue.

Mr. Rosenfelt has written over 30 books and 3 TV movies. His books are fast paced, and laugh out loud funny. Make sure to plan on getting out here to meet him.

Find some of his books and read them now. I have read over 25 to date.

Willis Monie Books will be re-opening Friday, June 5th. We will be open from 10-5. We will be open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays each week going forward. We are still deciding on Monday through Thursday. Customers will be required to wear masks, and there will not be any restrooms available for any reason. On the 10th, the Dodgers the Montreal Royals. Branch Rickey had signed Robinson and sent him to the Royals where he broke the color barrier in the International League. Then also on the 10th, the Dodgers signed Jackie Robinson to his first major league contract.
