1971 Wilbur Mills appreciation rally, donation souvenir ticket. People came from all across the country to Barton Coliseum in Little Rock, to show support for Mills, a long time Arkansas congressman, who was testing the waters for a potential Presidential run in 1972. An incident in 1974 involving stripper Fanne Fox pretty much derailed the remainder of his political career.
