I've just discovered all my replies to messages via squares platform have been failing.
When orders are canceled the refund process is triggered at the same time. Not sure how long it takes to clear squares system. You can always do a chargeback with your credit card company if they are taking to long. I also posted a message via face book on why cancelations are happening. Distributors don't have any information to give me on when they might receive more product and even then what my allocations will be. So I have zero information to give to my customers. So I started the refund process with square. Since I did this on a Sunday I would assume Square will start their processes Monday. I've never had to do this part, so I have no reference on if it's tonight or three days from now.
I wish I had the time to contact everyone personally and ask them if they wanted to wait or get a refund.
