Just to reiterate for anyone new here:
If you are ordering something with photos it is VERY IMPORTANT that you send the original, full size file! NO SCREENSHOTS, do not crop the photo, do not remove the backgrounds either.. send the full original photo. Daylight outdoor photos work best, Indoor or night time photos are lacking in quality.
When buying professional photos from someone online....
always make sure you are purchasing the FULL SIZE and not a lower resolution photo.. I'm still baffled why some photographers even offer a lower size file in the first place, but that is neither here, nor there. It is important to have a full resolution photo because when it is blown up on the back of your custom shirt, you don't want it to look blurry and grainy.
Turn around times are always 7-14 business days from time of payment. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday. We are a race family, (just like 99% of you) so we are probably racing somewhere on the weekends just like you :) If you need a rush order reach out first and I will let you know if I can swing it or not. Sometimes I can squeeze it in.
Typically orders ship by the 7th business day! sometimes it takes the full 14 days due to someone not paying their invoice on time and holding up the other orders in the queue! I do need to meet minimum shirt orders to get free freight shipping or I have to pay a lot to ship ...so I try to place orders in a way to allows me to offer you the prices I do. It is important to pay your invoices in a timely manner. Invoices are due immediately! An auto reminder will be sent out 3 times. (Also I can see when you view your invoices and do not respond.) After 7 days, if a deposit hasn't been made, your invoices are cancelled and I assume you just no longer want your items. If the invoice had a deposit but still is not paid in full and I have gotten no response on your end, it will still be cancelled within 30 days. If you need more time to pay I am understanding, Just let me know. I am not heartless y'all.
A non refundable deposit of $25 is due to start your shirt mock up. When you place your final order that $25 is applied. I have to do this because if I don't, I end up getting burned. I don't like working for free. Spending anywhere from 1-5 hours on a design for someone to approve it, then ghost you and never order, is not the business I am in. And if you have done this to me in the past I will no longer take your orders. Sorry but that's not nice at all.
I am a stay at home mom, running this business by myself, while homeschooling 2 kids, and running almost every Friday-Sunday to support my racer. My time is precious and I do not work for free.
