~ Monogramming ~
All of our designs are created using heat pressed vinyl. Glitter vinyl will have a grainy texture and lots of sparkle.

~ Etching ~
All designs custom made. Etching is done through the processes of sandblasting.

~ Embroidery ~
All designs are crafted with the use of an embroidery sewing machine. Car

Wash inside out, Dry on low heat. For orders of 6 or more, bulk discounts may apply. Please contact me to set up a custom order.

- HOW TO ORDER -

Personalization is included in the price of the item. Since this item is made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for your item to ship. If you need your order expedited please message us so that we can make sure we can accommodate your deadline. Monograms are usually First Initial/Last Initial/Middle Initial. Make sure to double check the monogram you include is correct, once the monogram is applied it cannot be undone! There are NO RETURNS OR NO REFUNDS on custom orders unless there is an error on the shops fault!

Cancellation Policy: If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP and if your order has not already begun processing we will cancel it. If your order has begun processing, we cannot cancel due to the items being personalized.

- SHIPPING -

All items are shipped USPS Retail Ground. Standard shipping in 2-8 days. At the time of shipment, you will receive a notification that will include your tracking number. All items are hand crafted in my smoke and pet free studio. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
