So its the holidays i am going to play a fun game. I like games around the holidays just not drinking games lol so if you order off my page i will have a prize u get to pick from. If you recommend someone and they order they get a gift but also u get a gift for the recomendation. Rules are simple. With the 1st coming up nothing helps a hang over better than a michelada i can make a batch for u to serve or individuals. I can add shrimp also for a yummy treat.

Some more yummy foods got a whole chicken i braised over night and then cooked in our air fryer with the inside filled with lemon n orange outside with a marinade i made n kept basting. Was delicious. Then the other picture was a nacho deluxe w my favs of course including jalepenos. The nachos were actually left over ingredients from the night b4 when we had wet burritos.

Grilled pork chop, green fried tomatoes and twice baked potatoes. Simple but yummy home cooked meal.

Chipotle based enchiladas stuffed w a burger conkoxtion. Had some cottage cheese in there and then topped with cheeses. On the side thru on some ref beans and a curtido salad.

Tomatoes, onion, serranos, and garlic all cooking down so i can make a salsa. These tomatoes were not beautiful so to cook with not so much but to make salsa they are lovely so much flavor. Stay tuned for the finished result

With the cold weather coming pozole, tamales, soups and the list go on are going to be available. Get a tub to take home and serve your family left overs can go in the freezer. Cant get any better than that.
