Please join us on Sunday, March 29th for our last day and our last vendor faire. Show some support to our local artists and creators, get some free “parting gifts” with any purchase you make with us (and take a 30% off discount), and help us close down this place. ✨

As we further reflect on everything we’ve been through as a business, and the challenges we’ve faced in our current location, we have decided to proceed with the closing of the shop. As much as we wanted to shift gears and rebrand as a gift shop, we fear we still may struggle with visibility, the high cost of rent, and the general economic upsets that are happening.

We appreciate all of the support, shares, kind words of parting and encouragement, and all of the conversations we’ve had with you all over the past week or so. We are so torn about hanging it up, but we know what we have to do.

Hello everyone- this is Melanie and Jordan here.

We have an important announcement to make, and that is- we have had to make the very difficult decision to close our store. It didn’t really work out for us here in commerce, and we’ve had to make peace with that fact. 💔We plan to end this chapter of our lives by the end of this month.

Wick and Candle has had a wild ride as a business. Between opening up a week before a mass shutdown due to the pandemic, navigating the ups and downs of the world, and facing the challenges that come with relocating a shop and trying to re-introduce ourselves to a whole other community, it’s taken a toll on us.

We are so proud of what we’ve accomplished over the last six years; the classes that have been held, the people we’ve met and brought together, and the spiritual growth we’ve gone through in the process. We wouldn’t trade any of that for the world, but in the realm of business, it’s time for us to move onward and readjust our lives.

We don’t have a for-sure end date yet, but we do anticipate being out of the building this April. Stay tuned for any last-minute classes, vendor faires, sound healings, closing sales, etc. that we may get to squeeze in as we continue to stay afloat until our doors officially close.

As of Tuesday, March 10th, all product in the shop will be 30% off.
