These festive hickory mallets are going out to Paul Corbiere's school this week. Thank you for your order Paul!
Just a thought-might be a nice idea to purchase one of your own festive pairs to honor a special student. Maybe the student that's always helpful and helping teach another kid a part. Or maybe just that student's name goes on a pair that stays with the team?

We always get interesting, fun and sometimes challenging requests from Andrew Kesten. 14” sticks? Sure! No problem. One funny time Andrew sent us a link to a Kong dog ball he would like made into a mallet. Sure! This time he wanted Tom Bourne’s old tenor mallets. I dug out my old pair and remembered how much I liked them. The foam had come off the handle, so Art had dipped one handle in polyurethane. After much deliberation to get coated handles we felt good about, we went with plasti dip. We sent 4 tenor pairs off to Andrew. If you would like some tenor pairs they are now listed on our Etsy website: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1817550909/tenor-mallets-for-zimbabwe-marimbas
