We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work on our computer. Prior experience with QuickBooks and Counterpoint is helpful. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Hours: Part-time up to 25 hours per week. Preferred schedule is mornings.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain our filing system
Order office supplies
Submit and reconcile expense reports which includes working with our accountant
Skills

-Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
-Knowledge of QuickBooks and Counterpoint software systems
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
-High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide variety of products to job sites in the Columbus area
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
Collect and process payments
Maintain and build customer relationships with a professional demeanor
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Capital Tool's product, pricing structure, and customer relationships.
Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business, while maintaining and growing existing relationships
Possess proven problem solving solutions for the customer and Capital Tool.
Other duties, as assigned.
Skills

Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
Knowledge and experience in the building materials/construction industry
Valid professional driver’s license with clean driving record
Extremely motivated with a willingness to help whenever needed
Strong attention to detail
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
Able to lift up to 50lb boxes of product

With us, you'll get to:

- Unload incoming materials and stock warehouse - includes assisting with shipment loading/unloading to/from freight trucks
- Create and receive purchase orders
- Reconcile monthly inventory and troubleshoot any issues
- Pickup and delivery of products and material if needed or directed by management
- Create, grow, and foster relationships with vendors and suppliers to the ensure the best results
- Monitor crews removing and replacing inventory
- Order tools and supplies for the office and warehouse
- Assist Sales Manager with sales materials and customer relations

What you need to bring with you:
- 1-2 years Warehouse, order fulfillment, and customer service experience
- Ability to work with warehouse equipment and to frequently stand, walk, and lift product
- Be results-oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to operate forklift preferred
- Spanish speaking knowledge a plus but not required
- Product knowledge a plus
