I found this today. This really breaks my heart they are going to charge someone this much and the building needs as much work as it does. The people that own the building do not care about the community and they live in Florida. So if you do rent this building good luck. It could be a great building but the current owners don't want to do any repairs to the major issues. That's why we left as well as them going up on the rent. But Goodluck to ever gets it next.

People don't tell you it cost almost as much to close a business as it did to start. Plus the stress and sadness of not having that something anymore. Still paying out money we don't have and trying to find faith that God will show us the money to get out of this debt hole that we don't even own any longer. Praying for easier times and to pay everyone we owe.

I know it's late, but I'm driven to help a friend in need. She's in dire need of furniture and I have some that I was planning to donate. However, I'm facing a challenge - I have no way to transport it to her. Does anyone have a truck that could pick up the furniture in Columbus and deliver it to Cowpens tomorrow? She's starting from scratch with no furniture at all. I'm committed to helping her get back on her feet. If you can help please message me.
