🌸 How to become a vendor?
-To become a vendor just reach out to us, tell us what you’re interested in and we will get you a table reserved. Please let us know if you plan to bring a helper as you and your helper will receive a meal ticket. This helps us prepare for how many people will be attending.
Then what?
Then you show up to the event, set up your table and meet new buyers.
🌸 What if I just want to shop local vendors/crafters?
-If you just want to shop from local vendors, we offer a $5.00 door admission (cash only) on the day of the event.
🌸 What if I just want to play bingo & participate in auctions?
-A $25 admission is good for reserving your seat for bingo, auctions, and a meal ticket.
🌸 Do I have to pay in advance?
-if you plan to participate in bingo and auctions you must pay in advance, reach out to us for payment options. Same with vendors, payment is due to reserve your table.
🌸 What is a meal ticket?
-A meal ticket just means a meal is provided examples include: hot dog, chips, cookie and water.
🌸 What form of payment do vendors accept?
-Some vendors, may be cash only while other vendors may accept credit cards, Zelle, cash app or Venmo
🌸 How will I know when the next event will be?
-Like and follow the page for all updates, and for all event dates, they will always be posted on the page.
🌸 Are children allowed?
-Children are permitted if you are there to shop. -Keep in mind that if you are there to play bingo, participate in auctions you only have (x) number of seats that you paid for. (For example if you reserved one seat at $25 you only have that one seat unfortunately there are no extra seats).
So we recommend no children if you paid for admissions for bingo & auctions.
🌸 Are vendors allowed to bring someone with them?
-Yes, vendors may bring a helper,
🌸 is food and drinks permitted?
-Yes you may bring food and drinks.
🌸 is it handicap accessible?
-yes
🌸 can we pay for bingo and auctions once we get there?
-unfortunately seats are paid for prior to the event, if for any reason we have seats available on the day of the event, it is a first come first serve basis,and is not guaranteed. The best way to make sure you have a seat is by reserving one prior to the event.
🌸 what is a Chinese raffle?
-A Chinese raffle is a table that will be set up with different products/items and for each of those products will be a bucket that you place tickets in to Win that item, you may purchase tickets at the door. They are a $1.00 per ticket or 6 for $5.00. Must be present to win. Drawing times will be posted. Please make sure your name and phone number are on each ticket.
🌸 Will the event always take place at the same location?
-we do plan to keep it in the same location however, there may be times that the event takes place in another location follow our page for any updates, we will also reach out to our vendors and anyone with a reserved seat if for any reason, the location has to change.
🌸What time does it start?
- Doors open at 10 AM for the public, bingo starts at 12 PM and will run till 2pm, raffle drawings will take place at 2 PM followed by the grand prize drawing.
🌸What is the grand prize drawing?
-tickets for the grand prize drawing are $5.00 each and can be purchased at the door, must be present to win.
Grand prize is valued at $100 or more
