Daisy Mae Designs Celebrate your roots & the roads you travel. Inspired keepsakes from vintage maps for a well-traveled life
Loved by Today Show, GMA, & Country Living

Kristy has been hunting vintage maps for 15 years — rescuing forgotten atlases from dusty basements and turning them into keepsakes for people who love a place. Whether it's your hometown, your favorite lake, or that trip you'll never forget, Daisy Mae Designs makes gifts that feel personal because they actually are. Inspired keepsakes for a well-traveled life. As seen on the Today Show, GMA, and Country Living.

There’s something special about seeing your work out in the world. While we were in Illinois visiting family, I made a point to stop in Long Grove, one of my favorite little towns, to visit our retail partner Epilogue.

Rachel has built a space that feels like walking into a gallery, full of color and art at every turn. If you’re ever in the area, go wander her shop and tell her we sent you. We’re so thrilled to be part of it.

One of our customers in the home remodeling industry was looking for the perfect closing gift for a client moving into a new home in Mechanicsburg, Ohio.

She paired our vintage map pillow featuring Mechanicsburg with a few carefully chosen items to create a thoughtful housewarming gift that feels personal and meaningful. It's a great reminder that the best gifts are the ones that connect people to a place they call home.

We love seeing our map products become part of new chapters, whether it's a first home, a dream home, or a fresh start. ❤️

Every June, social media fills up with passport stamps and turquoise water. And those trips are beautiful. But travel has always been a privilege, and not everyone can hop a flight this summer.

This one's for everyone staying a little closer to home.

This summer, my own travel list looks like this: a road trip to visit family in Illinois, a day trip with my team to Amish country, and our annual tradition of hitting an amusement park we've never been to before. No passport required. All of it counts.

The charm is in the small stuff. The antique shop you almost walked past. The diner with the hand-painted sign. The hiking trail someone mentioned offhand that turned out to be one of the prettiest walks you've ever taken.

You don't need a plane ticket for a real adventure. You just need to go.

I wrote a whole post about it on the blog. Link in the comments.

A good book, a hot cup, and the map of a place you love close by. That's a pretty perfect morning.

Our vintage map coasters are made from real vintage maps — no two locations are exactly the same.

Ran into a fellow Ohioan at the Leland pop-up — turns out we’re practically neighbors back home. She ordered an Ohio pillow and is swinging by to pick it up from my porch. Sometimes you have to travel to Northern Michigan to shop local.

We just got a little love from St. Louis Magazine! 🙌

Our St. Louis map coasters were featured in their "Ask Veronica" column as one of 7 St. Louis-style host gifts worth traveling with this summer. If you're heading out of town, they're the perfect thing to tuck in your bag for your host.

Find them at the Missouri History Museum shop — or online at daisymaedesigns.net.
