Dear Valued Alpha Star Tactical Customer / Fellow FFL Partners,

After 13 rewarding years of serving the fi****ms community, my family and I have made the bittersweet decision to retire and permanently close Alpha Star Tactical on January 17, 2026. This was not an easy choice, but the time has come for us to step away, spend more time with family, and enjoy the next chapter of life. We are deeply grateful for the trust, friendship, and support you’ve shown us since we first opened our doors in 2012.

Important Dates You Need to Know:

Friday, December 19, 2025 – Last day we will accept or process any new incoming or outgoing transfers. (After this date, we will no longer be able to receive fi****ms on your behalf or send transfers out.)

Saturday, January 17, 2026 – Final day Alpha Star Tactical will be open to the public. After this date, our FFL will be surrendered and the business will officially close.

If you currently have a firearm in our possession or in transit to us, we will contact you directly to make arrangements. For anyone planning a transfer through Alpha Star Tactical, we strongly encourage you to complete it by December 19th to avoid any issues.

After being closed several years for major enhancements and renovations, Delaware Wildlife Area Shooting Range finally opened on Friday, Dec. 4, 2020. With a dramatic expansion of shooting positions, it now lays claim to the title of Ohio’s largest public shooting range.

How I feel when practicing.

U.S. Veterans' Network shared this which reminded us that we really need to hit the range more because we end up outside that center circle too much! 😂😂😂
