As we all know , The Alley was started 15 years ago by Kit Matulich . She started the store with so many hopes and dreams and has turned those into some amazing things over the years . She has grown the store so much from the dreams she had , to the point she had to expand the store and move twice ! Well February of this year she decided it was time to retire to be at home with her husband Josef . So as of February I (Aidan) took over the store officially . We’ve gotten to know so many of you through the years and all of our customers have become like family and we appreciate you guys so much ! Without you we wouldn’t have made it this far . We have been slowly making some changes to the store and we’d like to finally announce some of the great things we’ve got coming . First , we will finally be doing online sales ! The website will launch on May 30th ! Second , we’ve started working with a lot of local small businesses and have expanded our selection of vintage , costume and accessories. Third , social media as you have noticed we have been way more active. Starting in July we will launch a tik tok and start posting reels ! So please help us grow our following by liking , sharing and interacting with our post . Finally and this is the most fun part , we will be doing a grand “reopening” event Saturday May 30th where we will have tables set up highlighting some of our neighbors and other local small businesses that we work with or have come to know and love so watch all week as we post some previews !
