We’ve had a bunch of folks asking, so here it is plain and simple:

👉 A county burn ban does NOT automatically ban fireworks in Texas.

Burn bans are for things like brush piles, trash fires and campfires. Fireworks are covered under different laws.

🚫 The county has only prohibited fireworks with sticks or fins
✅ Everything else is legal and safe to use when used the right way

Conditions tonight are about as good as it gets:
• 🌬 Little to no wind
• 💧 Moderate to high humidity

That helps keep fire risk down, but we still ask everyone to be smart:
• Keep water or a fire extinguisher close
• Follow the law and use common sense

We’re open and operating legally and responsibly, same as always.

***MONSTER SNAPS!!! A cross between a firecracker and a snap n pop. These things are seriously Luke’s favorite!! Just throw them on a hard surface and they make a big BOOM!! Luke goes through a pack of these every time he works the stand…***
