Right place. Right time. 🤍

I crocheted this gray golf headcover a few years ago and realized it didn’t really match my golf bag (I made a black one 😄) I brought the gray one to market after market, and it barely got a glance.

Fast forward to Etsy, it’s now my most favorited item. The original has sold, and I’ve already had three more requests in other colors 🧶✨

Just a little reminder: if your work isn’t being appreciated right now, it doesn’t mean it isn’t good. It might just need the right place (and the right people) to find it.

Our first crochet class happened today 🧶🤍

Finally gathered with a few girls who’ve been wanting to learn to crochet at a local coffee shop. We covered basic chains + single crochet, and everyone left smiling and excited to keep going!

Hats next time… or too ambitious? 😄

Introducing My 2025 Book Blanket 📚✨

For each book I read in 2025, I crocheted a granny square inspired by the cover. And that’s how my book blanket came to life! It’s like a bookshelf… but soft, warm, and very snuggle-friendly.

This year, I read 70 books and a total of 27,092 pages. Some of those pages were turned at home on the couch, but many others were read while traveling on planes, trains, and everything in-between. Apparently, I really can’t get enough travel, whether it’s across the world or through the pages of a book 🌍🧳

World travel wasn’t enough, so I added a little time travel too by reading the Bible using reading plan! Many of the squares are inspired by my "God Shot" ⏳✝️

And no, there will not be another blanket for 2026. I read wayyyyy more books than I expected. Even with combining some of the books of the Bible, I ended up with 110 squares. I’ll be happily snuggling up with this blanket and a cozy book instead.
