A few years ago, I was asked to make some watch part pen blanks for a good friend of mine. I misunderstood the request and made up complete sets of blanks when they only needed the caps. That left me with a few lowers that were unique and all alone. So rather than make up a cap to match them, I paired them up with a great kit that comes with a plated cap. This rollerball is lightweight and is a dream to write with.

Doing some cleaning and reorganizing around the shop and came across a lot of pens that I want to start listing on the website. A good majority of these pens predate my jump into watch parts and casting my own blanks. This cigar pen is a beautiful mix of orange, black, and white matched up with chrome and black hardware.

Stay tuned as I work through updating the old website with my lost box of pens.

So I had been playing around with some ideas for this concept pen. This is a watch parts blank from paired up with a stripped down JR George kit. The clip is removable and can be bent to shape or bent back to shape as you stretch it. I’ll put this one on the shelf as a prototype for now and next time will make a few minor changes. Calling this one my JR Frankenstein.

New medium I’m working with for background. This one is going to be a pain to photograph for inventory display purposes. First picture is before any editing was done and you can see the color shift on the pen. Remainder have all had edits completed and almost look washed out. Blanks like this will be available through soon hopefully.
