My name is Jayson Busbee. I am 30 years old, married and have daughters ranging from 6 months to 8 years old. Although I have had an array of different types of “hands on” style work my one true passion in my life has always revolved around a bike. he foundation for my love of all bikes, road, mountain, big wheels or little. I still love bikes just as much today as I did when I got my first Mongoose. (maybe more now.) Going on the last 5 years, I have worked at Outspokin’ Bicycles in Columbia S.C. Columbia's largest bicycle retailer, I have been employed there since Jan. 2013 as a full time mechanic where I began my love for Road, MTB, and TRI bikes. I also help work events for The Southeast Endurance Project as their neutral race support mechanic and as one of the neutral support mechanics for the Road Titans 300 a 3 day event with over 300 miles and 150+ riders in the up state of South Carolina. As a mechanic I understand that other than working on bicycles, patience,empathy, problem solving, attention to detail and exceptional customer service are needed to keep customers happy and coming back for time to come.
