1 more mushy Synchronicity anniversary story, if you don't mind!

A page outta our scrap book! Yes kids back in the day we made books with our pics! Mainly because we could only see a pic if it was taken on a camera and printed at the photo shop!

Our friend Amy took these pics from the front of the stage without us knowing!!

Many have seen the one on the left with the crazy face lady!! What is she thinking about. Possibly the sky.

The sky was just about to open up and drench us as Bobbys singing looks like rain!

Awesome show in Idaho!

That's not really what I came here to tell you about though. I came here to tell you about Amy!! Remember Amy, the lady who took time outta her show! While she was up front, to take these 2 pics of us on a regular camera. Not a cell phone!

Can we get a hey now for Amy!! Am I Right!!

I say our friend as she was both of our friends before we met!!

I went to school with her brother and she came and hung out with us. Told us of the beauty of Truckee!!

Remember from our last post we spent 5 years in Truckee. I was gonna go visit her when I got out west on tour! Crowley was freakin living with her!!

We find this out at Red Rocks when she drives into Chief Hosa and I see her and am like Amy!! Crowley looks at me and says you know Amy?! Im like of course how do you know her?!

That is when we found out the landlords were selling the house they lived in.

Crowley likes to say after meeting Amy he wanted to find a nice Pennsyltucky Chick like her. I always wanted a tall blue eyed Californian!

Amy energetically helped us find each other!

23 years ago. Oopsy typo on the reel! We met in a parking lot in VA Beach. It was "The Dead" Tour.

We criss crossed the country between Dead and Phish for months! Settled in Truckee for the winter and traveled all spring, summer, fall for most of the next 5 years! Kinda ridiculous we are missing the most gorgeous weather Truckee has to offer in the spring, summer and fall. Oh well thats us. Doing things the hard way. Moving our tiny but growing workshop into a storage unit every spring.

We scooted over to Reno for 2 years. That gave us space and a roomy so we didn't have to keep moving into storage. But tour kept starting and ending out east. The trek across without gigs was straining us.

So we moved the workshop to South Carolina!

Backing up Jess is from Pennsylvania east coaster. Crowley grew up in Southern California west coaster. How on earth did we end up in South Carolina you ask?!

Well after some horrible house shopping adventures we kinda fell in love.

Ok so we made a pit stop to meet Crowleys family in south carolina. We credit Tabitha his niece for saying you have to look here and connecting us with a realtor!

It was something about that driveway and the trees!! Like our lil hideaway from all the chaos that is tour life. We love tour life so much but when not touring to be able to be still and hear all the natural sounds is essential! Not to mention the price was right!

So here we've been in our little forest home for 16 years this August.

We are grateful to still be able to live the life we love. It is a bit more challenging these days, but thank you for reading a bit about us and helping us keep on keeping on!

Doing our favorite thing, fabric shopping!!

Crowley had a dr appt in the big city of Columbia and then PT in Lexington 3 hours later. Just enough time to get some grub and check out a different Michaels.

This one was loaded. Most fabric we've seen at a Michaels yet! A designated fabric cutter wow! She was so kind! Even though Michaels made her work so hard. Their system is so ridiculous! I dont understand why they put the prices and codes on the shelf and not on the freakin fabric bolts. 🤦‍♀️

She had to run back and find the codes to scan and then 1 of them didnt have a code at all! Lmao! Like seriously you cant make this up. Ya just have to laugh!

I doubt anyone in the company cares because just like every company its been bought by private equity!!

The kind woman working the fabric cared, and thats what stinks the most.

Luckily this time they had an unopened bolt of nice black canvas so no measuring or cutting was needed!

Winning!!!

A few Zippity Doos, and Slings. Plus a bunch of eyeglass holders are now available on the website!!

I tried to wait for GoDaddy to get their act together and make my coupon function work again. But it's been too long and I have no faith that it will be functioning this month.

Im taking it as a sign. Shipping does ligit cost a lot and I try to be as fair as possible!! That said. If you want multiple sunglass holders, or sunglass holders along with a bigger item, hmu and Ill do a partial refund or a separate invoice to account for repeated shipping included costs on the eyeglass cases. Shipping is partially included in the price as is with all my items. Just leave a note when checking out or send me a dm.

I am excited for ya'll to see these beauties in person. The sunglass holders are so soft!!
