Broccoli microgreens can contain significantly higher concentrations of certain nutrients than mature broccoli, including vitamins C and E. They’re also especially well known for their high levels of glucoraphanin, the precursor to sulforaphane, a powerful plant compound that has been widely studied for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and potential protective effects on our cells.
