Hi! First off, thank you to all of the interpreters in the world. You are heros! Thank you for making sure everyone feels understood!!

I have a song that I wrote about Mary Mecham's book "Hunting Sirens." I would really like to be able to share the song in a way that the deaf community will also be able to experience it.

I recently went to a musical where the songs were interpreted and realized I want to be able to do that for my song! However, I am just a beginner learning ASL (as you can probably tell by how clumsy my signing is) and I don't understand the language enough to help the deaf community experience my lyrics.

If you are an interpreter, would be willing to teach me my lyrics in ASL or would like to help sign my song, please dm me! The song will be released on May 16th. I know that's a super short turn around time, but I also know how amazing humans can be to support one another!

If "Seeking Persephone" was a musical...
I know, I know, my obsession levels are ridiculous 😂😅

Too fun not to. I will not be posting the song on other platforms as the music is the major key of the already existing "Letter from Artemis" by that was used in the tv show. The lyrics are directly quoted from"Seeking Persephone" by I just rearranged them to rhyme. Video by . Actors:

Esther has done it again! This book encouraged every possible emotion. It was witty, funny, sweet, thought-provoking, tear-jerking and comforting all in one. The false-engagement had just enough hope that encouraged rooting for Anna and David. The pain of the past trauma was raw, but tactfully written. The healing and love was beautiful. A new favorite that I can't wait to read and notate again and again!

This book was lovely. It is one of the easiest to make a book box for because of how well the items are described. It's a two for one in many different ways. I have so many passages highlighted and tried not to spoil any major plot points. Thank you, , for the privilege of reading this in advance.
