On this Small Business Saturday I can’t help but reflect on this community of hoopers and the connection I feel to it 💖

After nearly 12 years of being MissHoopsALot- from a hobby hooper to running a small woman owned business- I’ve had the privilege of making over 22k hoops for thousands of people who use hooping as a form of fun, exercise, and meditation; I’ve even had the opportunity to craft hoops for Cirque du Soleil performers, rhythmic gymnasts and celebrities, as well as for companies like Aerie, Free People, and The Museum of Ice Cream!

I truly believe movement is medicine which is why I’m so dedicated to providing the highest quality products I can, and I’m so honored to be able to do what I do- crafting tools that bring so much laughter and joy to so many people, and it’s only because of people like you who choose to shop small businesses like mine today and every day.
