I just learned that one of my dear friends from Colorado Springs Janel Amella has passed away….
She was an integral part of many Modiste fashion shows.
She had a way of bringing out the inner and outer beauty of women that surrounded her.
When I would get my anxiety driven jitters before each fashion show Janel, would look me in the eye, put her hands firmly in mine and say “you got this girl”!
 She provided the most beautiful models for Modiste Boutique!
Creativity and confidence were her mantra! Rest in peace, my sweet friend….. heaven has gained another angel!
