A few years ago, my best friend's daughter Wendy, who has a page called The Art of a Birdie, painting the picture for me. Yesterday, Gwen sent me the boot, complete with all the flowers she crocheted! So very grateful and a bit overwhelmed. Love you so much Gwen!!!

Cute autumn linens! The Halloween napkins with the black teapot napkin rings would be really fun on a Halloween night dinner table! I often made chili and cornbread on Halloween, mostly because I could make it early and not have to fuss with food when getting my kiddo into his costume, plus it was warm and filling before we went trick or treating! The bread cloth covered in pumpkins would be so cute in a basket full of cornbread to go with the chili!

Do you know what makes this embroidered linen tea cloth so amazing? The person who did it had to COUNT THREADS to do it!...
