My Criminal Complaints hold Precedence over any fraudulent City or Court proceedings that have been utilized as defamation of my character to obstruct my Legitimate Recreational Ma*****na Criminal Complaints. (See fore mentioned records, etc.)

Imagine having tens of thousands. of enraged Recreational Ma*****na tourists sent through your small businesses after they requested to utilize your theater room for Public Seminars advertising your address as Manitou Springs CO. Publicly announced across the entire U.S. the Legalization of Recreational Ma*****na to then place a fraudulent, corrupt and unconstitutional moratorium on the Recreational Ma*****na Law so they could then publicly target and attack me and my businesses to prevent my legal Rights to attain a license. To then be Politically stalked, illegal surveilled through phone hacking and death threats for over 10 years in an attempt to cover up their criminal activities.

The concealment of my business information was for the purposes of increasing the severity of the statical data in justification of Federal Funding.
