2. Action Jobs
Learn to polish parts to enhance your trigger pull, and tuning your trigger pull with
spring kits.
6-8 Hour class, $300 per person

3. Reliability Jobs
We teach how to diagnose failures to feed and eject. Learn what to
polish to keep your pistol shooting. How to fit and tune an ejector
and extractor.
4-6 Hour class, $250 per person

4. Rebarreling
Learn the difference between Drop in, Semi Drop In, and Gunsmith fit
barrels. How to fit the Barrel and Bushing verses Bull barrels.

This here is a C**t model 1903 General Officers pistol in .32ACP. These were issued to Generals during the 1940's and into the 1950's. They were also issued in a limited quantity to the Office of Strategic Service, or OSS. This one was issued to a Lt Colonel in the Air Force Police in the European Theater during the Korean war.

So I replaced the cracked 6" barrel with a used 4" barrel. Now to test fire, and then a complete tear down and polish and off to reblue. I am thinking of Nitre bluing it. I Nitre blued a C**t Diamondback a few years ago and like the Steel blue color it came out with. I will post a picture of it in the comments.

Here is a barrel from a S&W model 19-3 .357 Magnum that came into the shop. This is the worst face and forcing cone on any revolver I've ever seen. There are two cracks forming on the barrel at the flat area. The forcing cone is only on 1/3rd of the inside of the bore. This revolver was manufactured in 1975. We are replacing the barrel.
