🚨 Important Update for Our Tennessee Customers 🚨

Big legislative changes are coming to Tennessee next month, and we want to make sure you stay informed. Effective July 1, 2026, new state laws will fundamentally change the rules for both H**p-Derived Cannabinoids and Kratom.

Here is exactly what this means for our 4 shop locations:

🌿 H**p-Derived Cannabinoids (HDC):
The state is tightening regulations significantly, closing the THCa loophole, setting strict dosage caps on edibles, and requiring mandatory 21+ ID verification for every purchase.
👉 The Good News: We are already in the process of renewing our retail sales licenses! Once approved, we will be stocking a brand-new, high-quality lineup of products that are 100% compliant with the new laws. We aren't going anywhere!

🛑 Kratom Products:
State lawmakers have passed a full statewide ban on all kratom, mitragynine, and 7-OH products.
👉 What this means: Effective July 1, it will be illegal to possess or sell kratom in Tennessee. Because of this mandate, we are legally required to permanently clear all kratom products from our shelves before the July 1 deadline.

We know these changes can be frustrating—especially regarding kratom—but our commitment to bringing you safe, legal, and premium products remains our top priority.
