Team Grants support VTYC teams with direct grants to grow youth cycling in Vermont by helping teams cover expenses that will promote increased participation and community building within teams. One of the 2026 grants goes to a brand new team, the Green Mountain Collective, serving K-12 kids in Chester, Andover, Londonderry, Weston, Landgrove, Peru. Dorset, Manchester, Ludlow, Cavendish, and West Windsor.

Coach Jason Rickles says "Our goal is to grow, develop new riders, help returning riders improve, add new coaches, and reach more riders and families in our underserved community. This transition from a high/middle school team to a comprehensive youth program has been a wonderful bit of growth and connection with our larger community. We are VERY excited to be a dedicated, focused, southern Vermont race team on the scene."
