Three days with almost no sleep. A safety cabin at -20 to -30 degrees inside. John Phelps crawled into his sleeping bag and started shivering. So he got back on the bike.
He drank a RecPak before every big push. He never bonked.

First woman to win the Grand to Grand Ultra outright. 37:51:23. More than an hour ahead of the field. All while raising money for Best Friends Animal Society

Emily Keddie - Run Coaching built her food system around RecPak. 700 calories per meal. Just add water. No cook kit to carry.

She went one step further. She repacked her RecPak meals out of the pouches so she could fit more in her pack.

171 miles. Six stages. Seven days, self-supported, from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon to the Pink Cliffs.

Emily Keddie - Run Coaching led from day one and finished in 37:51:23, more than an hour ahead of the field. Everything she ate for the week rode in her Black Diamond Equipment pack. She repacked her RecPak meals out of the pouches to fit more in.
She ran it raising money for Best Friends Animal Society
