Native to New York, this late-summer bloomer provides a valuable source of nectar and pollen for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators when many other flowers are starting to fade.

These little caterpillars will soon transform into beautiful Monarch butterflies! 🦋
Like many native insects, Monarch caterpillars have a very specific diet. They can only eat milkw**d—and that makes milkw**d an incredibly important plant for supporting Monarchs throughout their life cycle. 🌿🐛

The feel free to come visit and check them munching, they are quite the site to see.
