Hi everyone! 👋
We’re Logan and Cortney, and we wanted to introduce ourselves and share a little bit about why we started this page.
We’re two young parents to our one-year-old son, Hudson, and everything we do is for him and the future we’re trying to build together.
Back in December, my dad gifted me a laser engraver for my birthday. At the time, I was already running my small business, Cups by Cortney, where I create custom snow globe cups. We loved the idea of learning laser engraving too, but if we’re being honest, the machine sat untouched for months because we had absolutely no idea how to use it.
Recently, we decided to stop being intimidated and just go for it.
As many of you know, Logan is preparing to attend the police academy to pursue his dream of becoming a police officer. During the academy, neither of us will have a traditional income, and we’ll be relying on savings and student loans to get us through those months. Instead of letting that scare us, we decided to take a chance on ourselves and build something from the ground up.
We’re completely new to laser engraving. We’ve only created a handful of items so far, but every project teaches us something new. We’re spending our evenings learning, practicing, making mistakes, and getting a little better every day.
The truth is, we’re still waiting on our very first order. We know building a business takes time, and we know success doesn’t happen overnight. But we’re hopeful that with your support, encouragement, shares, and by following along on our journey, we’ll be able to turn this dream into something special.
This page isn’t just about laser engraving. It’s about taking a leap of faith, working hard, and building a better future for our family.
