Well it's been 3 years since our catastrophic hailstorm that ruined my place, but I'm happy to say it's completely finished😀💖After trying to find contractors to do the work the whole building is now practically new. I want to thank Roof Tech for the roof, Patsy Delk Studio for the Mural and especially ELR Handyman Services for the whole rest of the Building (575 693-8371). I was lucky to find ELR who is new to this area and highly recommend them for all your projects, (they do everything)!!! The "Hittin the Bricks" pic shows the previous front of building in the background. 🥰🙋🎉

Hey all, thanks for checking on my page for updates. I did rent again to a wonderful Business "Vickies and Friendz Bend the Trend" They have a great Gift shop with special items you need to check out. Open for now Wed-Sat 11:00-6:00.

Haven't posted here in awhile, but here's an update: Hail storm affected the building roof and side/back paint. So in affect the building will get a brand new roof, trimming and sides/back painted for a great look. The Historical Mural will also be refurbished to be the same Wonderful original look it had (still working on cost). Last year I already put in a new floor inside. I've had another good renter (that plans to stay) as the last one is moving away. With the location and all the new businesses moving in on Main Street it's an ideal location being a corner lot with high visibility and lots of parking. Have a blessed day!

Sorry no posts in awhile. I still have a great renter dealing with the closures off/on/ off again. I work with this very motivated young man in his Herbalife business understanding being closed back and forth. He has a great customer base and takes care of all, one way or another. This is a rough time for all of us. Please adhere to all the safety precautions we've all heard over and over, but so Important. Say thank you to all the first Responders, Police, Fire dept, Health workers, Doctors etc. and even all that work hard to keep up with your needs in example Grocery and other stores open. They are all on the front lines of this pandemic and there for you. They cant help shortages of needed items but do their best to serve you. Appreciate, be kind, help ones in need if you can and Just say Thank You as everyone does the best they can for all of us.
