Did you know… Cloudcroft, NM sits at 9,000 feet above sea level, making it one of the highest towns in the U.S.? 😲 It's so high, the railroad that once ran here was nicknamed the “Cloud-Climbing Railroad”! 🚂☁️

With its cool mountain air, rich history, and stunning forest views, Cloudcroft is truly a hidden gem in the Land of Enchantment. 🏞️✨

Garret was commissioned to paint the stunning Cloudcroft Lodge. After discussing the project with Bill and Kathy and browsing internet photos of the Lodge's transformation over the years, Garret understood they wanted a retro-vintage, moonlit winter scene - minus the awning and driveway. Thankfully, they loved the final result. 😊 And we're grateful they entrusted Garret with their vision.

Garret received a commission to paint a large-scale 4 ft x 5 ft piece featuring our beloved Mexican Canyon Trestle. Once finished and paired with a handmade frame, the customer was overjoyed with the result.
So very thankful for the opportunity to create this incredible piece.
