Stocking has been hidden!

The children were waiting for Santa to come.....but if you go, you can see him one by one.

Someone found the stocking shortly after Faith hid it but didn’t post it, nor did they rehide it or hide something else. There were 2 gift cards and a bunch of candy in it. Sorry everyone. Faith was really excited to do this but I guess it wasn’t meant to be, as we can’t afford to make another one. Merry Christmas!

Since the stocking hadn’t been found in a couple days Faith took it upon herself to go track it down last night…..we have added more candy to it and there are 2 gift certificates in there now….will rehide it this evening. She is still wanting others to hide stockings.

Here are the rules according to Faith!

1. It’s better to give than to receive, so if you find the stocking you may keep it if you want…BUT…you have to rehide a stocking with another gift card or item or items from a local business. We are thankful for the few local businesses that we have left in this town so we would like to support them.
2. After our struggles the last few years, we know how tight money is right now for lots of people so if you can’t afford to purchase something new to hide, you may rehide the original stocking one ONE condition….do a good deed for someone else in need.
3. Merry Christmas everyone and remember that Jesus is the reason for this season!

9 year old Faith Gharrett decided to start a trend this Christmas. Jesus is the reason for the season, and it’s better to give than to receive, so my husband and I bought a $20 gift certificate to Another lil diner and put it and some candy into a stocking and hide it somewhere in town for someone to find. So far it’s been found and hidden twice and upon request I made a page for this!
