TODAYS THOUGHTS: It does not matter how many systems we design. 1 consistent truth that is NEVER wrong. If you are not an expert on anything/everything to do with pro audio systems, WHY should you ever attempt to blindly purchase a system? Every last time a customer has tried to just buy and then ask questions later, it clearly shows us that the internet purposely teaches consumers to just become robotic, blind, impatient, unrealistic. All those negative attributes just so you can get pleasure from clicking a button to purchase and then complaining, not understanding, and finally blaming everyone else but yourself!
This post is to inform the robotic internet consumer that, there are literally hundreds of other places you can buy the same equipment for LESS! Yup, LESS! We are NOT selling just equipment. It is 100 x's harder for us to customize everything. It cost us MORE, to actually design systems, the years of experience, months of research to design and build certain systems. Even the mere fact that every last poster you see of a system takes us many hours to develop!
So with all due respect. COUNTLESS reviews say it all. If you are looking for us to do your homework for you for free, educate you for free, then deal with the bad habits you have learned from the robotic internet. Then please shop elsewhere. It's that simple!
You know what every last customer has in common that purchased from us? They ALL paid for our time up front, got that money back toward the purchase of a system. & the amount of time we spent educating, designing a system etc. typically takes between 3-9hrs of our time and most often we only charge $15-50 on an average. That's way too much work and heart to be financially worth our time. Yet it is totally worth our time when a customer truly values our time and gets so much more in return.
Bottom line, you either value our time or you don't. We respect you wanting cheaper prices. We are NOT that company, too much work in what we do to ever compare us to any other company, it's that simple. Rant over! (Inspired by the last 3 potential customers that wanted to get every last detail, help them figure out what system to get, etc. Then revealing they could care less about our time and felt that even $15 was not worth hours of our hard work. I wish every customer that contacted us built homes. I would ask every one of them to design a home for me for FREE! Then I will think about buying OR do what so many selfish consumers do these days and take all the info and just find the cheapest prices elsewhere. I bet NONE of you would ever design me a home for free!
