The Root Chakra sits at the base of the spine and contributes to feelings of security, confidence, and groundedness.

The mantra for the Root Chakra is "LAM" working with this sound can help to create balance in this energy center. You can also try this affirmation I created -

“I feel grounded and secure in my body, I trust the universe and know that I am looked after. I am supported, safe and loved by mother earth.”
